The Weeknd e Doja Cat lideram a lista de indicados ao Billboard Music Awards 2022. O anúncio dos nomes que concorrem em cada categoria aconteceu nesta sexta-feira (8).
A cerimônia de premiação acontece em 15 de maio, na MGM Grand Garden Arena, em Las Vegas.
The Weeknd foi indicado em 17 categorias, incluindo Melhor Artista e Melhor Artista masculino e Artista do Hot 100. “Save Your Tears (Remix)”, parceria com Adriana Grande, apareceu em seis categorias.
Vale lembrar que em 2021, o artista foi o grande vencedor da premiação, levando a melhor em 10 categorias das 16 que estava indicado.
Já Doja Cat foi a segunda maior indicada e apareceu em 14 categorias.
